If the package says delivered according to the tracking information, but you did not receive the package, please contact USPS to file a lost package report. Before filing a missing package report, please consider checking with household members, neighbors, mail carrier as instances have occurred where the package was misplaced after delivery.

Reissuing orders when tracking says delivered is taken case by case and under the discretion of Sandy Feet Hawaii.

Sandy Feet Hawaii is not responsible for delayed packages. Unfortunately, once the package is in USPS's possession, it is out of our control.
